The Good Friday Crawfish Boil is back! 🦞

We’re excited to host our Annual Good Friday Crawfish Boil at a new location this year! Because we are partnering with a venue, a few things will be different than previous years at the park. Here are some helpful details.

Sponsor Packages

$1,000 - VIP Tent Sponsor

A 10x10 tent with crawfish delivered to your tent in a 28qt cooler with a 7ft crawfish table and bottled waters. Company logo displayed at your tent.


$500 - Crawfish Sponsor

Sponsor 100 lbs. of crawfish at $5/lb. and your company logo will be displayed on the main sponsor banner and at the food station.


$200 - Easter Egg Sponsor

Sponsor Easter eggs, candies, and toys and your logo will be displayed on the main sponsor banner and on the field where the egg hunt takes place.

  • I am a sponsor. Do I need to bring anything?

    The venue provides seating throughout the space (indoors and outdoors). If you do not have a VIP tent, but would like to market your business, you are welcome to do so. All other 10x10 tents are reserved for VIP event sponsors.

  • I am a sponsor. What time should I arrive?

    The event begins at 12:00 PM, and you’re welcome to arrive anytime after it starts. We look forward to seeing you whenever you’re able to make it! 🦞

  • Can I bring my own tent, chairs, or tables?

    Because we are hosting the event at a venue, outside tents, tables, and chairs are not permitted. The venue provides seating throughout the space (indoors and outdoors).


    VIP tents are reserved for event sponsors.

  • Can I bring outside food or drinks?

    No outside food or beverages are allowed at the venue. Community Fieldhouse will have food and beverages available for purchase inside the venue if you would like something in addition to crawfish.

  • What food will be available?

    Your attendance includes crawfish served at the event until all 2,000 lbs. run out! The venue will also have additional food and drink options available for purchase if guests would like other menu items. See menu below.

  • Is there something for kids?

    Yes! The venue has a kids zone area inside. Kids (7 years and up) can access the designated area by purchasing a play bracelet directly from the venue.


    Waivers will need to be completed for entry.

  • What are VIP tents?

    VIP tents are shaded, reserved spaces provided for event sponsors. If you are interested in sponsoring the event and receiving a VIP tent, please click the “Become a Sponsor” button.

    Just bring your friends and family, and come ready to enjoy a great evening together!

  • What time does the egg hunt begin?

    2:00 PM (15 mins) Ages 0–4

    2:25 PM (15 mins) Ages 5–8

    2:50 PM (15 mins) Ages 9–12
